generation communication systems and to WiMAX technology, which is
regarded as the most promising candidate for building communication
systems of the 4th generation.

Optimal Non-blocking Switches
The proposed designs are two-sided multistage interconnection
network (MIN) built of switching elements of desirable sizes. They are
optimally compact and scalable to virtually any size
NM (i.e. having N input and M output ports).
